Board of Directors
The Master Association is
governed by a Board of Directors which consists of seven members. To find out
more about your Board please go to our Board of Directors page.
Delegates selected from each
neighborhood HOA cast their votes to elect the Master Association Board of
Directors. The number of votes for each delegate is based upon the number of
lots within their neighborhood.
Board members are chosen
because of their individual qualifications, and they take into account the
interests of the entire Castle Pines North community, not just their own
specific neighborhoods.
All neighborhoods have input
in Master Association decisions. Delegates have the option to attend monthly Board Meetings, (held every third
Thursday) participate in discussions, and provide communication with their
neighbors.
Delegates
Property owners in each CPN
neighborhood, or Delegate District, select a representative to serve as their
Delegate to the Master Association. To find yours go to the Delegate
List.
A Delegate's primary legal
role is to meet yearly at the Master Association's Annual Meeting to elect the Board
of Directors. Delegates also receive notice of the Master Association's monthly
Board meetings and are invited to attend. Both the Board of Directors and
Delegates may participate in discussions, prior to any formal vote by the
Directors.
Homeowner Participation
Homeowners are always welcome
to attend the Master Association's
meetings, or may contact their neighborhood HOA Delegate, or contact the Master
Association office.
The Master Association is
professionally managed by an outside management company. All questions,
requests and concerns may be directed to kim@premierpropmgmt.com or by
calling 303.904.9374.
