Master HOA

Dues: $40.00 per year

The Castle Pines North Master Association is your community-wide Homeowner Association that serves all residents in a variety of roles to enhance the overall quality of life in our community. The CPN Master Association services are funded via annual dues, which are paid separately from your neighborhood HOA dues.

CPN Master Association annual dues must be paid by January 10^th . Bills are sent direct to CPN residents in December, except for Hidden Pointe (see note below).

Paying Dues

2013 Dues are required to be paid by 10 Jan 2013. They are considered late after 10 Feb 2013 and will be subject to late fees and interest. Please mail your annual dues to Castle Rock Bank, P.O. Box 1298, Castle Rock, CO 80104 please ensure you make check payable to Castle Pines North Assoc, Inc.

Hidden Pointe Residents

Master dues are collected by the Hidden Pointe neighborhood HOA, therefore the Master Association annual bill is not sent to Hidden Pointe Residents.

 

Financials

Financial statements are produced each month and provided to Delegates and Residents at the monthly Board Meetings.

Services and Parks

 

 

Coyote Ridge Park, Retreat Park and Daniels Gate Park are currently owned and maintained by the CPN Metro District. The new Elk Ridge Park will be owned and maintained by the City of Castle Pines. Neighborhood open spaces, trails, swimming pools and clubhouses are owned and maintained by individual neighborhood HOAs.

 

The Master Association also contributes towards social events either organized by or contributed to by the Master Association.
