The Master Association is pleased to announce the 25th
Annual Master Association Garage Sale will take place: Friday,
May 15th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 16th
from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Master Association will provide participating residents free services including garage sale signs, an online directory of participating homes and free website advertising for items. Please keep checking this page for more information or email garagesale@cpnhoa.org. Your CPN Master Association has taken out ads in several local publications announcing this event including The Castle Pines Connection, Denver Post HUB, Westword, Craigslist, to name a few. of a street map 361 Village Square Lane, #125, Castle Pines, CO 80108 Garage Sales Signs will also be available at the Allstate
office of Tammy Lopez by May 6, 2015.
Please note only one sign per household.
While supplies last. Eligible items: Visit the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) website at http://www.cpsc.gov/ for regulations concerning ineligible garage sale items. Donating Items after the Garage Sale: The Master Association has made arrangements with the local GOODWILL outlet in the Safeway shopping center and they will have staff available all weekend for drop off. Be sure to check the unacceptable items list of each charity before donating.
