Update 0n Trash Service for the GreenBriar, WinterBerry, StoneCroft, BriarCliff, and BristleCone Single Family homes. As many of you know, the Board of Directors has been considering adding trash removal to the services provided to our homeowners by CPN II HOA. A few of the benefits to our community are:

1. Safety: Many people are concerned about the large trucks that come through our neighborhoods every day to pick up trash, especially on nice days when many children are outside playing. One truck per week will make the streets safer.

2. Visual: Currently there are at least 5 different companies picking up trash 6 days a week. That means that trash bins are outside, sometimes till late in the day, every day, creating an eye sore, diminishing the beauty and value of our homes. Because some of the companies arrive later in the day trash is blown all over the neighborhood on windy days. With one carrier trash will be out only one day a week.

3. Wear and Tear: Trash trucks are extraordinary large and heavy and over time cause pot holes and other damage to streets and sidewalks. The more trucks, the faster the damage occurs.

Therefore, the Board of Directors of CPN II are very pleased to announced that we have contracted with Suburban Waste Services to provide trash service for Greenbriar, Winterberry, Stone Croft, Briar Cliff, and Bristle
