The Castle Pines North “Master” Board of Directors meets on the third Thursday of each month (except in November and December) at 6:30 p.m. at the Castle Pines Library, 360 Village Square Lane, Castle Pines, CO  80108 in the Castle Pines North Master Association Event Hall

CPN MASTER DUES INVOICE 2017

There are several options to pay your 2017 Annual Dues, the invoice dues will be mailed to you mid December.

Payment via Personal Check:

The invoice includes a detachable coupon and return envelope if you choose to pay via personal check.  Please make sure to include the detachable coupon at the bottom of the invoice along with your personal check when paying by mail or your check cannot be processed and will be returned.

Payment via Your Banks Online Bill Pay System:

If you pay directly through your banks online bill pay system please remember to input in the Account field your house number only , no street name please.  The check should be made payable to: CPN Master Association.

Online Payment via Either eCheck or Credit Card:

In the box that says: “MAKE A PAYMENT”

                                    “Pay HOA Assessment, Rent &”  Click GO

On the “Make a Payment” screen, only the first 2 options, “Pay by eCheck” and “Pay with a Credit Card” are available to use.  Please note that there is a fee of $14.95 charged by the bank if you chose the “Pay with a Credit Card” option.

      Pay by eCheck Option:

  • If you chose to “Pay by eCheck” click on the “Make a Payment” icon.
  • On the next screen go to the “One Time Payment” section and click on the “Make Payment” icon. You do not need to be a registered user to make a one-time payment.
  • On the next screen fill in all of the necessary information and click on the “Continue” icon. The Association ID is 5933, Management Company ID is 5552, and your property account    number is just your house number, no street name please.
  • On the next screen review all of your information, make any changes, and then click on the “Submit” icon to process the payment.

      Pay with a Credit Card Option:

  • If you chose to “Pay with a Credit Card” click on the “Pay by Credit Card” icon.
  • On the next screen click on the “Click here to make a One-Time Card Payment” option. You do not need to be a registered user to make a one-time credit card payment.
  • On the next screen fill in all of the necessary information and click on the “Continue” icon. The Association ID is 5933, Management Company ID is 5552, and your property account number is just your house number, no street name please.
  • On the next screen review all of your information, make any changes, and then click on the “Submit” icon to process the payment.

HOA 2 UPDATE – June 17, 2016

SWIM MEET:  TOMORROW

The HOA 2 pool will be closed tomorrow, Saturday June 18 from 9:00 to 1:00 for the final swim meet of the season.  Members are welcome to use the HOA 1 pool between 9:00 & 1:00.

Please be careful driving on Oxford Drive as there will be parking on the street and kids darting between cars.  There is also a private function in the clubhouse and another at the picnic pavilion after the swim meet.  It will be a busy day around the clubhouse, please be careful!!

TENNIS COURTS:

We have again experienced a delay from the vendor in getting the tennis and basketball courts finished.  The new start date is 6/27/16.  The vendor expresses his apologies for the weather delays in April May & June.

LANDSCAPING IN THE ENTRYWAYS

Work will begin on the entryway areas next week.   New soil & perennial plantings will be installed as soon as the vendors can.

4th OF JULY:

Plans are in place for the 4th of July party.  Celebrations will start at 12:00.  The South Metro Fire Department will start the parade at the clubhouse at noon.

Once back at the clubhouse Dukes Steak House will begin serving lunch, burgers, dogs and sides.  Water and beverage stations will be set up around the area.

For the kids we have a large bouncy slide castle and pool games provided by the lifeguards from Perfect Pools. And for the adults, the Kelly Said Band will begin playing and the party is on!

As in years past, from 9-11, chairs at the pool & deck cannot be “saved” without a swimmer being present at the pool.  NO GLASS on the pool deck please.  There will be plenty of trash and recycling cans available.

The fun will wrap up at 3:00ish.

Intersection Closure – Tuesday May 31st

Please be aware that the intersection of Buffalo Trail and Bramblewood Lane will be closed beginning Tuesday, May 31. The intersection will be closed for 2 weeks for concrete panel replacement, weather permitting. Unfortunately, the closure will limit access to the Bramblewood neighborhood. Residents can use Brambleridge Drive to access Monarch Blvd.
