CPN MASTER DUES INVOICE 2017

There are several options to pay your 2017 Annual Dues, the invoice dues will be mailed to you mid December.

Payment via Personal Check:

The invoice includes a detachable coupon and return envelope if you choose to pay via personal check.  Please make sure to include the detachable coupon at the bottom of the invoice along with your personal check when paying by mail or your check cannot be processed and will be returned.

Payment via Your Banks Online Bill Pay System:

If you pay directly through your banks online bill pay system please remember to input in the Account field your house number only , no street name please.  The check should be made payable to: CPN Master Association.

Online Payment via Either eCheck or Credit Card:

To pay online visit www.mutualofomahabank.com

In the box that says: “MAKE A PAYMENT”

                                    “Pay HOA Assessment, Rent &”  Click GO

On the “Make a Payment” screen, only the first 2 options, “Pay by eCheck” and “Pay with a Credit Card” are available to use.  Please note that there is a fee of $14.95 charged by the bank if you chose the “Pay with a Credit Card” option.

      Pay by eCheck Option:

  • If you chose to “Pay by eCheck” click on the “Make a Payment” icon.
  • On the next screen go to the “One Time Payment” section and click on the “Make Payment” icon. You do not need to be a registered user to make a one-time payment.
  • On the next screen fill in all of the necessary information and click on the “Continue” icon. The Association ID is 5933, Management Company ID is 5552, and your property account    number is just your house number, no street name please.
  • On the next screen review all of your information, make any changes, and then click on the “Submit” icon to process the payment.

      Pay with a Credit Card Option:

  • If you chose to “Pay with a Credit Card” click on the “Pay by Credit Card” icon.
  • On the next screen click on the “Click here to make a One-Time Card Payment” option. You do not need to be a registered user to make a one-time credit card payment.
  • On the next screen fill in all of the necessary information and click on the “Continue” icon. The Association ID is 5933, Management Company ID is 5552, and your property account number is just your house number, no street name please.
  • On the next screen review all of your information, make any changes, and then click on the “Submit” icon to process the payment.
