This was my first time attending the Master Association meeting. - 2004 goals for the Master Association

- 2004 dates set for Easter Egg Hunt (April 3), Community Garage Sale (May 21), Summer Family BBQ (August 21) and the Octoberfest (TBD)

- Pet Policy Committee formed in response to a resident request to ban pit bulls and other vicious dogs from CPN
|
- Discussion of progress with creating a landscaping master plan for along major roadways in CPN
|
- Safety Committee report that they were successful in getting EMT ‘s back at the CP Parkway fire station, after they were moved to CP Village. Also, progress report on fixing the reverse 911 system that failed to notify most CPN residents during the fire.

- Update on legal response filed in Hidden Pointe lawsuit.
