What
are the terms of office? |
|
There
are seven Board Members.
The
Castle Pines North Master Association Board Members are elected
for a 3-year term. The terms are staggered so that in any year,
2 or 3 Board positions are up for re-election.

The
next election of the CPN Master Association will be held on Thursday,
November 9th, 2000 at 7:00 pm at the CPN Community Center. |

How
are the candidates selected? |
|
Each
neighborhood or neighborhood HOA which belongs to the CPN Master
Association can select a Delegate to the Master Association.
The
Delegates meet at the CPN Master Association Annual Meeting to vote
for the Master Association Board of Directors. Each delegate is
eligible to serve on the Master Association Board.

How
are the officers chosen? |
|
The
Master Association Board Members select the Officers.
The
Offices are President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
The Officers are elected each year.

When
and where are the regular meetings held? |
|
The
Master Association typically meets on the third Thursday of each month
at 7:00 p.m., at the CPN Community Center. Dates and times have varied.
Please confirm the meeting time with the Association
Business Manager or a Board member.
Board meetings are open to any CPN resident. |

How
is the community kept informed? |
|
The
Master Association sends out legal notices regarding the Master
Association Annual Meeting.
Neighborhood
HOAs are also responsible for maintaining communications between
their neighborhood homeowners association and the Master Association,
ususally through their Delegate.
