The Castle Pines North Master Association is our community-wide Homeowner Association, (HOA). The Master Association serves our residents in a variety of roles to enhance the quality of life in our community:
The CPN Master Association spearheads the efforts of community volunteers who work on issues of importance to the whole community. We've achieved some big results, like cutting CPN residents phone bills almost in half, and getting additional schools and a Library Bookmobile in the community. We're currently working with various County agencies on issues such as improving traffic safety. For information or to volunteer for a committee, contact the Master Association.
The Master Association communicates with CPN residents through various mediums including: newsletter, community web site, and e-mail alerts. The CPN Community enjoys several community-wide social events which are sponsored by the Master Association and local businesses.
In addition, the Master Association adds to the community's funds for building new parks, and provides funds for other community improvements such as the Metro District’s projects to improve landscaping along our main roads.
The CPN Master Association offers services to the "family" of Neighborhood HOAs in our community. Each of the Neighborhood HOAs may use the Master Association's HOA communication services to stay in touch with their members.
HOA boards and committees are encouraged to participate in Master Association's HOA Forums, where the HOAs share ideas to help improve our community. Covenants and architectural review are managed by the individual neighborhood HOAs.
How Can You Participate?
The Master association is governed by a board of local homeowners. Neighborhood HOAs select a Delegate to serve as their "voice" to the Master Association. The Delegates elect the Master Association's seven-member Board of Directors.
Homeowners are always welcome to attend the Association's meetings, or may contact their neighborhood Delegate, or call, or e-mail the Master Association.
The Master Association is professionally managed by an outside management company. All questions, requests and concerns may be directed to admin@cpnhoa.org or by calling 303-482-3078 and leaving a message.
The Master Association services are funded via annual dues, which are paid separately from your neighborhood HOA dues. Each February, residents receive their Master Association dues invoice.
At the Master Association Annual meeting in November, the draft budgetis presented by the board and is adopted in December.
