I have used Duke four times and know others who have used him. He's
very ethical and professional. He makes your house look the best
it can and keeps you informed of sales/showing progress. I can't
recommend him highly enough. He lives in CPN and knows about schools,
gov't., etc. to tell prospective buyers.

Great New Kitchen - We recently replaced our kitchen counter tops with granite tile and a marble backsplash. The work was outstanding. Peter was prompt, cleanly, and efficient. The counter tops look great! Peter also installed floor tile in three areas at my mother s house in Charter Oaks. You can call either one of us for a reference. Bathroom Renovation - A superior Job, August, 2001 and December

"This company did a superior job renovating my master bath.
They were perfectionists and mostly worked 12-hour days (always
cleaning up afterward). They were polite and very responsive...and
responsible. What's even better, when a minor plumbing problem developed
18 months after the job's completion, they fixed it promptly, at
no charge. The bathroom is beautiful and I recommend them for any
renovation project you might have (they also do kitchens and basements).

Warren has done work for us prior to moving to CPN. He's always
been the best. He's finished our basement here as well as this spring
added a roof extension over our patio. The quality can't be beat
nor can the price. We couldn't recommend anyone that is better than
he is.

I needed a sofa reupholstered. I found John, who was very reliable
and moderately priced. He had a small waiting list. Though once
your piece is picked up, he delivers it when promised. I was very
pleased with his workmanship.

They did a great job of replacing our old cedar roof with a wonderful
new "Gerard Roof" they also did a wonderful job of cleanup
and haul off of the old roof. I would highly recomend this company.

"Recently
we had a significant problem with a squirrel that had set up home
in our attic. Upon inspection we found it had eaten a hole in our
roof! We called Joe Harkreader at All American Widlife Control.
Joe came out and after looking over our situation set a trap. To
our surprise the next day we had trapped a baby squirrel. Joe told
us we had a female squirrel and there was a family in our roof!!
He set several traps and after a few days was able to capture all
FIVE babies and the mother squirrel. Joe then repair the damaged
to the roof and fixed other areas where squirrels might try to get
in again. Joe was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach
to our problem and obviously knows what he is doing. Thanks to Joe
we can finally get a good nights sleep again!! If you have problems
with any wildlife I would highly recommend All American Wildlife
Control."

Expect professionalism and quality service from Joe Harkreader,
an expert at wildlife animal behavior and the damage it can cause.
He's a WILDLIFE BIOLOGIST and an expert at solving problems. From
skunks and other critters living under my front porch to a squirrel
that entered my house when I was out of town, Joe has always responded
quickly and resolved every issue. Not only did he remove the disturbing
animals, but he followed through with creative repairs to prevent
repeat animal damage to the property. He's a professional with the
expertise to back it up.
