Commercial Development Web Survey

Give us your opinion! What commercial developments do you think would be most compatible with our community? The CPN Master Association's Commercial Development Committee will summarize the results for potential business owners and our community.

The Castle Pines North community is almost to build out, and additional commercial development in the CPN area can soon be expected. CLICK HERE for the news story and locations where commercial development could occur. Many residents view these areas as open space but, the reality is the land has always been zoned for commercial development. The land owners have rights to develop the land, and the private market will decide what types of businesses locate here. But we wish to encourage that development be as compatible with our community as possible, and we’ll offer some free market research to potential businesses.

Please, only one survey per household. Thank you for your time!

3. How about a park or open space?

Many residents ask if the land could be kept as open space, or used for a park. In reality, this would require some type of public purchase of land which is valued at millions of dollars. There has been no indication that the owners would be willing to sell the property for this type of purpose and no studies of the feasibility of considering this option. Significant volunteer effort would be required to investigate this approach. If you would be interested in volunteering, please select the checkbox below and provide your name and contact information below (question #7).

I am interested in volunteering to work on investigating keeping the land as open space or used for a park!
