King Soopers will soon have a new neighbor, and Castle Pines North (CPN) residents will have more options for buying and selling properties in local neighborhoods. In October, Prestige Real Estate Group, ranked as Colorado’s largest independent real estate company, will open its eighth office in the Denver-Boulder area here in CPN.

Though the company currently has large volume offices in both Castle Rock and the Tech Center, it decided to open an office in CPN to take advantage of what it sees as special features of both Castle Pines North and Castle Pines Village; namely a scenic and open setting, exceptional open space, and a high quality of community infrastructure.

“This is an area with ties to Castle Rock, but even stronger ones to the south I-25 corridor,” said Leeann Iacino, President of Prestige Real Estate Group. “We feel it deserves a special focus, and that it will become an even stronger part of our company’s Douglas County performance.”

The office’s opening is slated for mid-October and will host a sales force of six agents; the company hopes to have as many as 10 agents by early next year.
