The BRE Blizzard bookfair, held in early October, raised funds for library enhancements. Children enjoyed a puppet show and Dairy Queen blizzards during special “Blizzard” events.
Ghosts and goblins, princesses and power rangers lined the halls at BRE on October 30 for the school’s first ever Halloween Spooktacular. Students and families enjoyed haunted classrooms, a mad scientist, trick-or-treat street, devilish delights, and more.
From planning, organizing and decorating to helping on the night of the party, adult and student volunteers made this an event to remember. Special thanks to Valerie Ferraro, Cindy Harper, Laurel Mueller, Collete Collecki and Diane Stavaski for making Spooktacular possible.
