New Student Registration New student registration will be held on Wednesday, August 6, and Thursday, August 7, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Heading Back to School The doors will open to students and families on Monday, August 11. Students in first through fifth grades will have a chance to meet teachers and visit classrooms (kindergarten information will be announced by mail in early August). Those with last names starting with A-M can meet teachers between 9 a.m. and noon and those with last names beginning with N-Z can stop by between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Watch the mail for specific details, including teacher assignments, during early August. Classes begin on Tuesday, August 12. Back to School Night and Family Picnic – Thursday, August 28 Back to School Night is planned for Thursday, August 28. This year, a family picnic on the lawn will kick off the evening to give families a chance to socialize before heading back inside to hear from staff and teachers. Mark the calendar and plan to attend this fun start to the new school year. Buffalo Ridge Educational Alliance (BREA) Consider getting involved this fall! Take time to meet the BREA on Monday, August 11, during the meet and greet. The BREA, similar to a PTO, is always looking for friendly parents to help continue making Buffalo Ridge an amazing school for our children. |
