Master Association Annual Dues will Not Increase in 2004
Castle Pines North Master Association annual dues will not increase this year. As in 2003, dues will be $216 for the year. Bills will be sent to residents in February, and will be due in March.
The Master Association has completed its installation of a new billing system, and from now on bills will consistently be sent during the first quarter of each year.
Master Association dues are used to provide a variety of services and sponsored events for CPN residents.
Specifically, 30 percent of dues ($64.80) are allocated to the Master Associations operating budget - - the CPN newsletter, community web site (www.cpnhoa.org), e-mail alerts, and community-wide social activities, including the annual CPN picnic, Octoberfest, and Easter Egg Hunt.
The remaining 70 percent ($151.20) of the dues are used for parks construction. A portion of the dues are combined with developer fees to create a capital fund to build new parks in CPN.
More information about Master Association dues is located on the CPN website at

was chosen because of its convenience to the growing Castle Pines neighborhoods and those traveling the I-25 corridor.
Bank CEO Tom Miller said the bank, which is celebrating 30 years of service this year, is excited about moving into Castle Pines, and should be open sometime in the fall of 2004.
