PARKING

The PineRidge. LifeStyle, and Villa/Carriage CC&R’s explicitly forbid parking on the streets by homeowners or their visitors. Cars should be parked only in the garages. Parking of vehicles on Driveway Areas, or in Parking Spaces, shall be limited to occasional, incidental or guest or visitor parking, and shall not include chronic or ongoing parking of vehicles owned or used by parties occupying Units.

“ADDRESS NUMBER” SIGNS ARE BEING PURCHASED.

Soon, the 4-Plexes will have stylish signs to direct visitors or emergency personnel to hard-to-find homes.

EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS

Remember . . . if you are planning on making any exterior modifications to your home, please complete the Architectural Improvement Application form and submit it along with a drawing to Hallmark Management for approval by the ARC prior to the start of your project. The forms can be obtained from the Pineridge web site at http://www.cpn.org/pineridge or from Hallmark Management. The ARC must approve all exterior modifications prior to commencement of work.

Exterior modifications include, but are not limited to, air conditioning installation, satellite dishes, planting of shrubbery or flowers, painting, etc. The ARC has 30 days to respond to a request. So please plan ahead.

“We Survived the Fire” party

Sally Norris hosted a party at her home for Pineridge residents to celebrate the successful defeat of the Cherokee Ranch Fire. Great food and conversation was had by all. Thanks Sally!
