CPN “Master” Board of Director Opening

Anna Mallinson has resigned as a Board Member of the Castle Pines North Association (the “Master Association”).  The Master Association Board of Directors would like to recognize and thank Anna for her past service and dedication to the Master Association and the Castle Pines North Parks Authority. 

Therefore, the Master Association Board of Directors are seeking candidates interested in filling her vacant position on the Board of Directors, the term ending in November 2019.  Candidates must be Members in good standing of the Master Association (i.e. not delinquent in assessment payments or currently involved in any documented covenant violation procedures for either the Master Association or any Sub Association), and be committed to representing the interests of the residents of the Master Association in an objective manner, to the best of their ability.

If you are interested in being considered, please submit a brief letter of interest (and a resume if desired) about why you would be interested in serving and what you feel you would uniquely bring to the Board of Directors and the Castle Pines community. Interested candidates who submit a letter of interest will be contacted for an interview with the Selection Committee of the Board of Directors.

BUDGET RATIFICATION MEETING AND ANNUAL MEETING
Tuesday, October 23, 2018

Budget Meeting – 6:00 p.m.

Annual Meeting – 6:20 p.m.

Daniel’s Gate Recreation Center

Please plan on attending the Budget Ratification Meeting and Annual Meeting of the Association to be held at the time and place shown above.  This meeting is held in accordance with the legal documents of the Association.  The purpose of the Budget Meeting is to ratify the 2019 budget.  The 2019 budget is reflecting NO DUES INCREASE.  A copy of the Board-approved budget is posted on the website at https://cpnhoa.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/2019-Budget.pdf for your review. If you would like a hard copy of the budget, please email kim@premierpropmgmt.com or call 303.904.9374.

The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect two Directors and to ratify the appointment of the Ventana Amber Ridge Director (as appointed by the Ventana Amber Ridge Homeowners Association Board of Directors), each for a three year term.  Ed Hardey and Kim Rosati, current Directors whose terms are expiring, have both requested to have their names placed on the ballot for the election.  If you are interested in having your name placed on the ballot for election, please email kim@premierpropmgmt.com
If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please complete the enclosed proxy and give it to the person you are authorizing to vote for you or fax or mail the proxy to our office.   
The Annual Meeting can only take place if a quorum is obtained.   If you are unable to attend the meeting, please either submit your proxy to Premier Property Management, or give your proxy to someone who will be attending the meeting.
