The Master Association will, when necessary, create committees to research and be involved with specific topics. All Delegates and homeowners are invited to join these committees.

Currently the committees are:

 

Delegate Involvement Committee - to encourage Delegates to become more involved in the Master Association.

 

Social Committee - Our goal for the Social Committee is to foster a cohesive community by organizing fun, interesting events for the entire community so neighbors can meet and socialize with each other.   The idea behind the Social Committee is to establish and build good relationships with Castle Pines members and neighbors.

 

The Social Committee has in the past supported the following events:

 

Community Garage Sale

Community Octoberfest celebration

Community Independence Day Celebration

Master Association special community meetings

Movie in the Park

Community Winter Social events

 

Architectural Committee. As development and changes continue throughout our community, our Architectural Committee is kept informed and gives the Master Association the opportunity to comment on such issues as the building of new businesses, schools, installation of cellphone towers etc.
