HOA#2
is governed by a Board of Directors who are residents elected by homeowners.
HOA2
is a covenant-protected community, and all changes to the exterior of your
house or lot, including landscaping and changes in paint color, must be
approved by the Architectural Control Committee/Covenant Control Committee. The ACC/CCC committee is composed of volunteers from our
neighborhood. If necessary, a particular item may be escalated to the Board of
Directors, through the Board Liaision.
