Arch & Design Review

Review and approvals of all exterior homeowner improvements as well as general community covenant issues.

Common Areas in HOA

Maintenance, landscaping, snow removal and improvements of open space, common areas and paths within the HOA.

Grounds Committee

Resident Committee, or individual, to oversee the HOAs grounds: common areas, open spaces.

Management of HOA

The HOA Board has contracted a management company to manage the day-to-day operations of our vendors.

Social Committee

Planning community activities and social events within the operating budget approved by the HOA Board.
