Governance

PineRidge HOA, which includes Lifestyle and Villa/Carriage, is governed by a Board of Directors who are residents elected by homeowners.

Covenants

The PineRidge Community, is a covenant-protected community. All changes to the exterior of your house or lot, including landscaping and changes in paint color, must be approved by the PineRidge Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The ARC committee is composed of volunteers from the Lifestyle and Villa/Carriage neighborhoods.
