*** NO $40 ANNUAL MASTER DUES FOR 2020 ***

Dear Castle Pines North “Master” Association Members:
The Castle Pines North Association, Inc. (“the Master”) Board of Directors has approved that there will be NO $40 ANNUAL DUES for the Master for fiscal 2020.  Therefore, you will not be receiving the normal annual invoice in early December and you should not make any payment to the Master.  The Board made this decision based on the potential dissolution of the Master coupled with the fact that the Master has sufficient available funds to operate during 2020.

Please remember that this decision does not impact any HOA Dues that you pay to your Sub-Association(s) and you should continue to make those payments as you normally would.

Sincerely,
Kim Maguire, CMCA, Community Association Manager

CPN MASTER HOSTS BEAR AWARE PRESENTATION – October 16th at 6:30 p.m.

Please join us on Wednesday, October 16th, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., in the Castle Pines North Metro District Community Room (7404 Yorkshire Drive, Castle Pines), for a presentation by District Wildlife Manager, Justin Olson and other staff of Colorado Parks and Wildlife.  They will discuss living with wildlife in Castle Pines, particularly the bears and other predators.  Also addressed will be wildlife behavior and how we can avoid conflicts between humans, pets and our local wildlife.  A brief survey to research community perspectives regarding human-bear conflicts in your neighborhood will be conducted, with the data assisting in the development of a new strategic education plan to help minimize Front Range bear conflicts.  We encourage adults and children alike to attend this educational and very interesting event.

Sincerely,

CPN “Master” Board of Directors
