Architectural Review Request Form

Download This Page (pdf 44k)

The Glen Oaks Homeowner’s Association Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) require homeowners to obtain approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) prior to any external changes or additions being made to their property (CC&Rs, Article V, Section 2, a).  Such changes or additions may include, but are not limited to, exterior house colors, fences, out-buildings, and landscaping.

Please include with your submission as much detail as possible, including descriptions, detailed drawings or pictures, color samples, and material samples.  This will assist the ARC in responding to your submission in a timely manner.  The ARC will respond to your submission within 30 days.
