OWNER'S CONSENT

The undersigned Owner of the Lot numbered below located in Glen Oaks Filing No. 1 at Castle Pines North, Planning Area R-9, Douglas County, Colorado (herein the "Non-Declarant Lot") hereby consents to and approves of the foregoing Supplemental Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Glen Oaks at Castle Pines North, and hereby subjects the Non-Declarant Lot and the Owner thereof to all terms and provisions of said Supplemental Declaration.
