Dues and Financials

Dues: $40.00 per year

The Castle Pines North Master Association is your community-wide Homeowner Association that serves all residents in a variety of roles to enhance the overall quality of life in our community. The CPN Master Association services are funded via annual dues, which are paid separately from your neighborhood HOA dues.

CPN Master Association annual dues must be paid by January 10th. Bills are sent direct to CPN residents in December, except for Hidden Pointe (see note below).

Paying Dues

Dues are required to be paid by January 10th. They are considered late after February 10th and will be subject to late fees and interest.

To pay your dues online either by credit card or echeck, please Click Here or contact kim@premierpropmgmt.com to ensure we have your correct mailing address and payment information.

Hidden Pointe Residents

Master dues are collected by the Hidden Pointe neighborhood HOA, therefore the Master Association annual bill is not sent to Hidden Pointe Residents.


FINANCIAL STATEMENTS are produced each month and reviewed and accepted at the Board Meetings, once accepted by the Board of Directors they are posted on the website.

Services and Parks

Coyote Ridge Park, Retreat Park and Daniels Gate Park are currently owned and maintained by the CPN Metro District. Today the Elk Ridge Park is owned and maintained by the City of Castle Pines. Neighborhood open spaces, trails, swimming pools and clubhouses are owned and maintained by individual neighborhood HOAs.

The Master Association also contributes towards social events either organized by or contributed to by the Master Association.
