I would encourage you to look for a different company because of the following experience that I describe below.

I was given an estimate on the phone that was about $200. cheaper than most companies that I contacted. When they arrived they wanted to add many things on including return air vents for $105. and I agreed. The furnace cleaning was free, but did not include the Blower ($85.) and Coil($150.) which I declined because they had been cleaned when I had my furnance serviced. The technician hooked up the vacum incorrectly and blew all the dust thru the blower and the coils and then pressured me to have them cleaned. I told him to leave and I called the company and was assured that they would send some one out that afternoon to correct the situation. They did not come. I called the next day and the manager was to call me back. One week later I called again and the recepitionst scheduled another service tech to come out to do the job correctly and just said that I signed the form and he defended the job.

We have had most dust and fuzz in house since the cleaning that ever before. All this did was stir up the dust! I guess that their two year warranty is not good after you sign the completed paper.
