Our television suddenly stopped working a few weeks ago and we were in need of a repair technician. We found a gem with Mike of Austin's Home Electronics. After some consultation on the phone, Mike was pretty sure he knew what was wrong and gave us a ballpark figure on the repair work. He came to the house to fix the television, and the bad part was exactly what we talked about. His repair fee was very reasonable, and we would definitely call Mike again for any future repairs.

I have used Mark twice, once to fix the microwave and once to fix the oven. He's worked in Douglas County for over 15 years. He's honest,on time, knowlegeable, reliable, and friendly. More importantly, he knows his brands and the problems they have. He will tell you if he has seen the problem before, if it's worth repairing, and how much it will cost. If there's nothing to fix, he'll tell you that too!
