I went to Big O here in CPN for years while Chad managed the store. Chad has moved on to the Castle Rock store and while the one in CPN is convenient, Chad offers superior customer service. Worth the trip.

Every time I go to Big O tires - whether to buy tires, have my tires rotated, or address other automotive issues, they have been responsive, courteous, and prompt. And - they know the value of customer service! They have handled small issues with my car at no charge and with a smile - which keeps me coming back. I whole-heartedly recommend Big O Tires!
