"Computer Tune Up" - September 2009

My computer was running slowly, taking too long for programs to load, and needed a general tune up. Dave came to the house and did a full check up on my computer. He made several modifications to software and added some much needed memory -- all of which has my computer running at peak performance. Dave's very good at explaining what he is doing -- even if you are not very computer literate.

"Very Fast, Professional and Honest" - September 2009

I took my computer to Data Medics on Sunday, yes they are open on Sunday, and was greeted by Kristina who offered me coffee and snacks. She looked at my computer clicked a couple buttons and said "you're all set." She fixed what I had been fighting with for days and she didn't charge me. She said that is what free front counter diagnostics were all about. I was amazed!!!! Their store is by Target and are great to work with.

"Sick PC" - February 2004

Thank you for all your help to fix my very "sick"...infact almost "dead" computer. Horrorific ~ especially when I do have Nortons "on guard" to protect me! Thank you for coming so soon, and being so patient when another, yet unknown, and unfixable virus sneeked in, just as you were about to leave! It is a delight to have a fast and working computer again, as every cent I earn is dependant on me being able to work on a reliable machine.

Chief Wrench Jere Terrill

"helps you love your computer again", April, 2001

"In addition to updating my system, Jere Terrill spent many hours trying to get my peripherals to all work together, which he accomplished. I appreciated that, although he's expensive ($75 /hour)he did not charge me for his own learning curve when hit with something that he didn't expect. After the first visit, when things still weren't working quite right, he came back repeatedly, and returned my calls promptly, and did not charge me any further!"
