We thought it was about time to update our house after 15 years. We called Jeff and he promptly came out, gave us a reasonable price and from there it was down hill. He knew exactly what we wanted and provided top quality service and craftsmanship.
The work he did was remarkable and extremely professional. We would recommend him to anyone wanting hardwood floors...he even provided someone to install new tile in our bathrooms as well. Thank you Jeff!!!

Jeff Roachelle from Premier Hardwood Floors provided fantastic service. Our wood floors were in a bad way, scratched, patched and jaded and Jeff transformed them and they look better than new! We have no heistation in recommending him for your floors.

I wrote my last review prematurely. As it turns out, there was a lot of dishonesty coming from the subcontractors (AVOID ARTISTIC FLOORING-ART FERNANDEZ) which caused numerous misunderstandings between us and STAR FLOORS. STAR FLOORS HAS INTEGRITY AND RESOLVED THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY AS SOON AS IT WAS BROUGHT TO TODD'S ATTENTION. We were deceived several times by Art Fernandez of Artistic Flooring. As soon as we realized that there was deception from the subcontractor, Todd did everything he could to make us happy and resolve the issue.
NOTE: IF POSSIBLE TO WHOMEVER IS MODERATING THIS REVIEW BOARD, PLEASE DELETE MY LAST TWO REVIEWS OF STAR FLOORS AND ARTISTIC FLOORING BECAUSE SINCE THEN, EVERYTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.

Doug did an awesome job recarpeting our stairs. We recently had hardwood floors installed and Doug took are rarely used carpet up from our dining room that was under a floor rug and re-used it to recarpet our worn stairs. They are like new. Doug offered a great price and we did our part by recycling rarely used carpet.

Loberg's Hardwood Floors
Never Finished 2006
Our experience with Loberg's is a what all homeowners worry about when hiring a contractor- finding someone dependable. Loberg's failed to deliver flooring materials on the day promised and did not respond to calls for over a week. We indicated that was unacceptable and wished a refund on our 50% deposit. Loberg has left two messages indicating he will refund our money, but hasn't for over a month and will not answer his phone or return calls. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Doug Diorio re-carpeted my entire home and did an excellent job. He found the carpet I wanted at a cheaper price than another supplier, fit my budget and finished the job in a timely manner. He is easy to work with and will do everything in his power to make the job right for you.

I highly recommend Bryce Hedin of Wrightway Contractors who installed tile in our bathrooms. He did a very professional job and it looks great. He also does wood floors, which I'm sure we'll have him do in our home soon.
