"Thom likes to sell custom iron items made by someone named "George"; from Mexico, who supposedly visits the store here once each month. We ordered a custom desk that included some iron work in April of 2002, with a promised delivery date sometime in May. In January of 2003, we finally received a desk that was the wrong size, and April of 2003 - one year later - had come and gone before we finally received the proper piece. Oh, by the way, the first piece that was incorrectly sized is still sitting in my garage waiting for Thom to pick it up.
Nice guy, good prices, but you have no idea when you will get your furniture."

"Ordered $4400 worth of furniture on March 10. Promised delivery on March 20. After complaining to BBB and the manufacturer I received my furniture 5 months later. Tom Karo represents himself as a member of the Interior Design Society (IDS). IDS has never heard of Tom Karo or Castle Pines Interiors."

"We have had similar experiences as other CPN homeowners with Castle Pines Interiors: Delivery day given at time of purchase, but items delivered months after promised. Items damaged in shipment and never repaired after numerous requests for service, store rarely open and calls never returned."
