"Avoid" - September 2005

Ever since the Shell station opened, it has consistently been a bad experience -- unhelpful and uninterested attendants, a car wash that's usually out of order, and just a generally creepy feel to the place. I avoid it at all costs (thank heaven for BP!). Recently, my husband put quarters into the vacuum, only to find it was also broken. The attendant refused to refund his money, stating that the machine doesn't belong to the Shell station. For 50 cents, they permanently lost his business as well.

"Customer Service for All?" - April 2004

Just recently, an associate of mine, that happens to be a minority, was insulted by a Shell employee with racial slurs that were certainly inappropriate and did not represent the spirit of CPN. I have been a resident since 2000 and I certainly would not have expected that type of attitude in this day. I will not go there again.
