Dave came in and was so friendly and couldn't believe the gutters were done so poorly. He knew he could make them look much better. He did in a matter of hours. Great guy to work with.

They showed up on to do the original work on time and did a so-so job. Called them to do some needed repairs they showed up no problem. When it came time in the spring to do a final repair prior to the house being painted, 5 messages were left and no call back. I finally gave up and called someone else.

The gutter on our turrent became damaged from the ice and snow. I had a lot of trouble finding someone to come out just to give me a quote. David Alvarado came out in a timely manner and got me a quote for the repairs. He did a good job explaining why it failed and what he was going to do to fix it. Work was completed in a timely fashion and price was fair.

"Finally replaced the worn-out gutters and I have no problem with the product that was used as a replacement, which is why I gave them 3 stars. My problem was with the workmanship. I am still missing pieces of my roof faschia that was damaged in the removal of the old system. Add to that the gouges in my siding, the trampled bushes, all the broken deck pots and scattered nails and screws, plus having to chase them to finish the job. What a mess. Things happen, I know that but I sure wish I wouldn't have had to "discover" all the damage on my own. Hmpff."
