I took Sandra's advise from this page and tried Maid Brigade. They missed multiple areas on more than one occasion, not to mention they were triple the cost. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I hired Miracle Maids to come out and clean my house. They offered that they could be out the following day. I gave them a time and they came on my schedule. They were prepared with all cleaning products needed including vacuum cleaners. They sent a team of two.
It took them a combined total of four hours. They worked non-stop the entire time they were here. They did a good job. I consider the $20 an hour, $80 total, to be a bargain.
I will definitely use them again.

Maid Brigade is the service for those of us who have to clean up BEFORE the housekeepers get here. They do things I don't expect, like clean encrusted detergent off of the pour spout on my clothes washer. They use 'green' products that are safe for children and pets and gentle on those with allergies, like my husband. They ask me to walk through the house and make sure everything is satisfactory. They call the day before to confirm a two hour window of arrival, and they send surveys or leave cards after asking how the service was. We've been using them for over a year now and I *love* these guys - they do everything right.

After meeting with the owner Dina and talking at length about how detailed our move-in cleaning would be, we were very disappointed - they barely spent any time in the kitchen, the shower had soap scum, etc.). Plus, she charged us more than the initial quote - for what I don't know. On top of that, she's not a very professional business person.

She is a good cleaner but we can't get our key back from her ....she doesn't return calls and when I did get a hold of her she said she was sending it BUT WE ARE STILL WAITING. It's been since april I think that is bad business, so I would never use her again

SHC was referred to us by a friend that had been using this company for 8 years; she's been cleaning our home for 2 years. We had been through the cleaning service mill, and could not find one that we liked. SHC does an outstanding job, is fairly priced, and stays within your desired time allowance. Highly recommended!!
