"Basement design" 2008-2009

Signature Interiors designed our basement. We wanted the basement to match the rest of the house. The result was perfect and the basement looks and feels like part of the house. Signature Interiors listened to us and gave great ideas to help complete the project.

We recently had custom-made draperies installed in our home by Signature Interiors. The owner, Rita Coltrane's professional assistance in designing the window treatments, selecting the fabric and installation was exceptional! We are so pleased with the quality and finished results of our drapes ... it is amazing how these gorgeous treatments changed the whole style of our family room! Thanks Rita!

"Wonderful Home To Come Home Too" November 2005

Signature Interiors was a referral from a friend who I had noticed that her home felt comfortable, relaxing, pleasing to the eye. I loved the colors that she had the placement of the furniture. I immediately called Rita Coltrane and we schelduled an appointment. She came to my house and I explained that I had no idea what to do with the all the nooks in my kitchen and livingroom. I wanted to use my stuff and not invest in more stuff. I also needed help with curtians. Long story short, She used my stuff and it looks like new stuff. I really enjoy seeing my baskets displayed and my collection of aprons are not in a closet. The curtains have tied the rooms together and they give a finished look. I love coming home and it looks like home. I was strugling with how to put things together, what kind of look do I want. When you are in the middle of it you can not see the potiential that waits there. It takes a different veiw and flare to come in make a difference. I am impressed with the professionalism of Rita. "Rita delivered exactly what I requested" February 2006

I asked for help in staging our current home for sale, which included selecting drapery fabric to go with a sofa and chairs I had already purchased. Rita took me on a great tour of the Denver Design District to shop for add'l furnishings and the drapery fabric. We are also building a new home, which has an awkward Great Room - Rita was able to design a perfect furniture layout to accomodate our needs. She is very service oriented and has great taste!

"A touch of Tuscany" May 1993

We decided to purchase our home in Hidden Pointe for many reasons. One of the reasons was the incredible italian villa plaster creatd on the arches and columns throughout the main floor. After finding out that Signature Interiors was the decorator of the home - we hired Rita Coltrane to decorate three rooms upstairs.
