I was dumb enough to sign 2 and 1/2 years worth of agreements with this company and give them a credit card number. Their so-called "service", which is supposed to be lightning fast is slightly worse than dial-up. And, I have their fastest service. They have left holes in my walls and now want to put in more as they think they have a solution to the fact that their product is just inferior. Egad! Run from these people and get satellite service or cable internet.

We have been with Suburban Broadband for 1 year now. Excellent ISP. Have had NO issues with signal loss or connection speed (upload or down). With the recent storms, our "leased" modem went out. Called the technical support on Saturday of the holiday weekend and received a call back immediately. Very friendly and helpful. Modem replaced first thing Tuesday (Monday was the holiday). Very happy with their outstanding level of service. Recommend them without reservation.

I have had high speed internet installed both at my home (Castle Pines North) and at my office (Arapahoe Road and Dayton St) by Suburbanbroadband and am very satisfied.

Comcast High Speed Internet 888-COMCAST

After a long wait, Comcast high speed internet is finally in Forest Park/Castle Point. So far we have had nothing but problems so I hope Comcast is prepared to clean up their act, or we will cancel.
