"Don't use Artistic Iron" Summer 09

We had security doors installed by Artistic Iron. The doors are beautiful but one was hung the wrong way. We did not realize it right away but had a contractor over to do some unrelated work and the first thing out of the contractor's mouth was "why is your door on that way?". We called Artistic Iron and they were less than professional. They kept saying "you signed a contract". We have tried to point out that THEY reportedly are the "experts" not us. They have made it very clear that once you pay them, they will not guarantee their work. BEWARE!!

This company was top notch, and exceeded all of my expectations. They were able to create a custom security system for my home and family that met all of my needs. The installation was a excellent, and you could not even tell they had been installing in my home when they were completed.
