Castle Pines North has been my home for 8 years. Since 1963 I have sold Real Estate, land, development land, water rights and luxury homes in the greater South Metro Denver area.

I represented the Colorado Association of Realtors at the Colorado Water Congress and took classes in Water Law. Since 1981 I have served on the State Legislative Committee for the Colorado Association of Realtors monitoring and taking positions on water and private property rights legislation. I attend the Douglas County Water Resource Authority meetings, have served as Director on the Castle Pines North Master Association and was President for 4 years of a Homeowners Association. I was President of my own Real Estate Company, Vice President of Investment and Development for a large Denver company and director of the National Association and Colorado Association of Realtors.

To serve on the Metro District is exciting. The tasks are to insure sufficient water storage, use our water wisely to slow depletion of our diminishing aquifers and search for and acquire renewable water sources. We need to continue to work on debt reduction so Castle Pines North can be competitive in its tax structure with other communities. Sufficient funds need to be expended for parks, trails and recreation without incurring debt.

I consider Castle Pines North to be the premier community in Douglas County. It will be an honor to serve you and work to enhance the quality of life in Castle Pines North.  I ask for your vote!
