Loyd Saenger

My name is Loyd Saenger and I am asking for your vote to the Board of Directors of CPN Metro District.

I am 55 and have been retired four years from a Sales Representative Company that I owned for 25 years.  I work part time for the Ridge at CPN in the summer, and Vail Associates/Breckenridge Ski Resort in the winter.  My wife, Barbara, and I have lived in the Pine Ridge Development near Castle Pines Parkway and Buffalo Ridge Trail since 2001.  We have four children and five grandchildren that love to visit us in CPN.

In the past, I have served on the following Board of Directors:  SkiHill Condo HOA - President, Happy Valley Children’s Ranch, Inc. - President, Saenger Farms - General Partner, Warrington Company - President.  Currently, I am on the Board of Directors for the Life Styles HOA and the Pine Ridge HOA, serving in the capacity of President for both Associations.

I would very much like to serve our community and feel that I am qualified for this position.  My attention to detail, business acumen, fiscal responsibility, concern for water issues, environmental responsibility, and the ability to address issues from many directions, are assets that I will bring to the Board.

The Board of Directors must continue to address vital issues that affect our community. Some of those including water, parks, trails, recreation, and landscaping will be my #1 priority if you elect me to the Board.  Please Vote.
