Architectural Control Committee
Review and approvals of all exterior homeowner improvements as well as general community covenant issues. Please click on Form to submit when completing any exterior modification.
Landscaping within HOA
For the open space, common areas and paths within the HOA: maintenance, landscaping, snow removal and improvements.
Lawn Care
Front and back yard lawn care including mowing and edging (which is done every other mowing). All trees, bed areas, buildings and fence lines and other obstacles in or adjacent to the turf will be trimmed after each mowing. Chemical edging of obstacles and spraying of tree wells will be utilized where it is attractive, appropriate and beneficial if tree rings are already established.
All debris generated by mowing, edging or trimming operations on sidewalks and other paved areas will be cleaned up immediately following the work.
Turf fertilization:
Pre-emergent weed control is applied in early spring and post-emergent weed control is applied in early summer. The contractor will post the required markings following all spray applications.
Aeration is completed two times annually. Spring and Fall.
Weed control groundcover, shrub, mulch and rock beds will be maintained reasonably weed free at all times.
Pruning Shrubs/Trees under eight feet/or 2 inch in diameter are pruned two times per year. The HOA will schedule large tree prune based on the current years budget.
Irrigation is activated by contractor in the spring and fall. Irrigation checks are spot checked throughout the irrigation season. Irrigation controllers and heads are visually inspected while operating at least monthly during the season.
A spring and fall clean up is completed to include, pickup of fallen leaves, pine needles, trash, minor pruning, and cutting back of perennials.

Management of HOA

Snow Removal: within HOA
Snow removal is completed on the owner driveways and front stoops. Forest Park HOA removes snow from the streets.
Social Committee
Planning community activities and social events within the operating budget approved by the HOA Board.
