| Management of HOA | The HOA Board has contracted a management company to manage the day-to-day operations of our vendors. |
| News & Communications | Publication of news updates for distribution within the HOA: e-mail alerts, web news postings and/or paper mailings. |
| Private Roads: Maintenance | Maintenance and snow removal for the private roads within the HOA. |
