Rules on Signage:

The Board has determined that one for sale sign or for rent sign may be placed in rock areas or windows only.

Signs are not to exceed two feet by three feet in dimension.

Signs are not allowed in the sod or garden areas. (If a sign erected in the rock area causes damage to any of the irrigation lines (drip systems), the unit owner will be responsible for the cost of the repair/replacement.)

Architectural Review Committee:

Remember . . . if you are planning on making any exterior modifications to your home, please complete the appropriate form and submit it along with a drawing to the Tyler Community Management for approval by the Architectural Review Committee prior to the start of your project. The forms can be obtained from Tyler Community Management. The Architectural Review Committee prior to commencement of work must approve all exterior modifications.

Exterior modifications include, but are not limited to, air conditioning installation, planting of shrubbery or flowers, painting, etc. The Committee has 30 days to respond to a request. So please plan ahead.

Automatic Withdrawal Program:
It is not too late Villa/Carriage homeowners! Are you interested in signing up for the automatic withdrawal program (ACH) to pay your monthly maintenance fees? We would like to offer this program to homeowners that are interested in participating. If you would like to participate, please contact Marilyn at Tyler Community Management.

Due to the lack of participation by the homeowners of Lifestyle Homes, the ACH program will no longer be available to the homeowners of Lifestyle Homes as of May 1, 2003. Those homeowners that are currently participating will receive a letter of notification that this program will not be available as of May 1, 2003.
