POOL RULES and Acknowledgement of POOL RULES

All HOA2 residents and guests must comply with the Pool Rules at all times. Homeowners were mailed a copy of the Pool Rules and were asked to review the rules and sign and return a Pool Rules Acknowledgement Form.

POOL KEYS

The electronic key cards issued in 2005 will work again this year if your dues are current. Each family was issued one key only.  Please do not lose this key. 

 

NO KEY CARD, NO ENTRY (it's an insurance requirement) Guards are not permitted to open the gate if you don't have a card or your card does not work.

 

Lost key cards can be replaced by Hallmark Management. There is a $25.00 fee. Contact Hallmark Management via e-mail HOA2 Manager to request a replacement.

 

Didn't live here last summer? The key card should have been transferred at closing by the seller to the buyer per the status letter sent to the title company. Replacement cards are $25.00.

 

Renting a home in HOA#2? Cards are issued to the owner of the property only. Contact your landlord for the key card.

 

POOL SEASON  

The pool is now closed for the 2008 season. Information for the 2009 swim season will be posted at a later date.

Lap Swimming 

During regular hours a lap lane may be requested at any time.

 

Early morning lap swimming offered at HOA#1.

 

HOA#1 has opened its early morning swim times to HOA#2 residents.

 

The Board of Directors has received a few requests for early morning lap swimming. The costs to have a lifeguard present, as required by our insurance carrier, could not be cost justified. We have contacted HOA #1 and now have their approval for HOA #2 members who wish to do early morning lap swimming to use the HOA #1 pool. The HOA#1 pool is located on Tenby Way, across from Buffalo Ridge Elementary School.
