Guidelines for Signs and Signage
Throughout HOA #1, the following signs are permitted subject to certain criteria:

REALTOR SIGNS

One (1) FOR SALE or FOR RENT sign is allowed for each home. The sign cannot exceed 24" x 36" in size and can only be placed in the front yard of the house. Under no circumstances can the sign be placed in the rear yard, nor attached to decks or fences along open space or a major thoroughfare (e.g. Yorkshire, Monarch, Castle Pines Parkway).

Any signage for "Open Houses" can be put up no earlier than one ( 1) hour before the open house and must be taken down no later than one (1) hour after the open house. If signs are found to be in violation of these guidelines, they may be removed and placed in the Clubhouse.

POLITICAL SIGNS

One political sign, not to exceed 24" x 36" (6 square feet), is permitted for only the front yard of a home. The sign may be put up no earlier than six (6) weeks before an election and must be taken down 24 hours after the election.

Political signs are not permitted of HOA #1 open space/common areas, including the parkway zones along Yorkshire, Monarch and CastlePines Parkway. Also Douglas County does not allow political signs on any county right-of-way areas (e.g.Castle Pines Parkway).
