Why have covenants and architectural approvals? | ||||
These guidelines have been prepared in order to implement standards and provide direction to homeowners in Castle Pines North Homeowners Association #2 (CPN HOA 2)with landscaping and/or other improvements to their property. The requirements, objectives, standards, and procedures contained within are all intended to establish, maintain, and provide overall continuity throughout the community. Compliance with these residential guidelines and regulations will help preserve the inherent architectural and aesthetic quality of the whole community. A spirit of cooperation with the Architectural Control Community (ACC) and neighbors will go far in creating an optimum environment, which will benefit all homeowners. By following these guidelines and regulations and obtaining approvals for improvement to property from the ACC, homeowners will be protecting their financial investment and will help ensure that improvements to property are compatible with standards established for CPN HOA 2. If a question ever arises to the correct interpretation of any terms, phases, or language contained in these guidelines and regulations, the Board of Directors' interpretation thereof shall be final and binding. |
