  Trash pickup service

Special curb-side pick up:

The special curb-side trash pick-up which occurred on 8 May will be scheduled twice per year - Spring and Autumn. Many of you called Eagle about what items could be put out for collection. Please retain this for reference for future special collections.

What items could be put out for collection in conjunction with regular pick up. These items should not be put in the roll offs which will be for different and smaller items; just place them at the end of the driveway

  • Large items such as appliances, furniture, lawn and garden equipment, bedding, cabinets, old grills, etc.
  • You may discard of refrigerators, freezers, and AC units
    • If you have had the Freon removed then place a copy of the certification on the item
    • If the Freon has not been removed or if you don't place a certificate on the item, Eagle will charge you $50 to remove the Freon and dispose of the Freon

  • You must drain all oil and gas from motorized items (e.g., lawnmowers, gas-powered weed whackers)

Items prohibited are also prohibited at curb-side pick up

Please note that the items specifically mentioned for these collections and those prohibited for these collections should not be put out for pick up on other weeks. Eagle will have the right to refuse to pick up the items and can charge you if they do pick up.

HOA 2 Trash Service

Trash and recycling pickup is provided as part of your HOA2 dues. The trash service is provided by Eagle Waste Services. See below for Eagle's holiday schedule and for details about the trash and recycling pickup dates.

Eagle Waste provides a wheeled, 96-gallon blue trash container, which is designed to be picked up by their automated trash trucks. If you have not received your container, contact Eagle Waste. HOA2 residents DO NOT pay a deposit for this container.

Why use these containers?

You may also use additional trash bags or cans, if you place them at least 3 feet away from the blue container.

If you have issues regarding Eagle's service that you wish to report to the HOA2 Board of Directors, contact the HOA 2 management company or Board President.

In addition to regular curbside pickup, HOA2 schedules a periodic "dumpster" for HOA2 residents to dispose of other items. Contact Hallmark Management with questions about the next scheduled dumpster pickup.
