Trash Removal* fee: $64.50 paid semi-annual.

*Trash Removal fee for Residents receiving CPN II Trash Removal service (Briarcliff, BristleCone Single Family, GreenBriar, StoneCroft, Winterberry). The trash removal fee is in addition to the HOA Dues shown above.

Residents in BrambleRidge, and BristleCone Patio do not pay this CPN II trash removal fee as they have have trash removal provided by their HOAs.
