Each of these CPN II neighborhoods has a representative to the Master Assoication, known as a master delegate. All homeowners in CPN belong to the Master Association.
Homeowners in BristleCone Patio and BrambleRidge also belong to a sub-hoa, which has its own board and manages those home's lawn care, landscaping and snow removal.
