If you have a home in Hidden Pointe, you may find it difficult to figure out the relationship between your neighborhood and Castle Pines North, (CPN). That’s understandable, because the relationship is quite unusual and complicated.
Hidden Pointe is in the unique position of being the only independent subdivision which contracts services from CPN. Three contracts with Hidden Pointe involve three separate CPN organizations - the Master Association, the Metro District, and the Parks Authority – which make this relationship extremely complex. And, there are many interconnecting points in the agreements.
