We’re glad you’ve chosen to become a part of our community - - it’s a great place to live!
Upon completion of the community within the next few years, approximately 10,000 people will call Castle Pines North home. We enjoy meeting our neighbors at the excellent schools, community events, and when using our parks and trails. If you're loooking for sports and recreational opportunities there are an abundance of options to choose from.
Our residents enjoy the beautiful scenery that the community has to offer, including three local parks, 560 acres of open space, and more than 13 miles of nature trails. Many play on one of the best golf courses in the U.S., located right in our community. We are fortunate to have more than 15,000 acres of open space that will always surround our community. Future residential growth around the area will be low density and commercial development will be minimal.
The Castle Pines North community features a Castle Rock address, but is actually part of unincorporated Douglas County and is served by a number of government agencies and homeowner associations.
